Colts start training this Monday 6th September at Waterviews Cowley reserve 430-6. 19 and under for Colts. Juniors are 16 and under.New player's welcomed to tryout it's a great game to play.

Was at the airport last Saturday and ran into John Maumau and he was leaving to live in Brisbane but he said to tell everyone good luck for this season and he is bummed not to be playing for Metro this season..Peace!

mags played a good game and made plenty ofgood breaks and definelty dominated.but they need to work on holding on to the ball and not pushing too many 50 - 50's otherwise they're just gonna make the game harder for themselves..they definetley have a really good team and the team to take out the nationals but just need to focus on ball retention..just like the way they dominated at eden park but failed to finish them off untill the last 10 they did with westlake because of small errors keeping the other team in the game..the forwards will really need to muscle up up front..the tight 5 will have their work cut out for them but if they can dominate up front and get that clean ball for their backline then they'll definetly come away national champs..

I saw the MAGS/Westlake game on the Rugby Channel. MAGS made so many breaks and uncharacteristically, too many ball errors.Damon scored one try on his foot.Hilarious.MAGS could have easily hit the 40 point mark.Good to see Toka back in the squad.In the after match review, I am sure Charlie said that they were playing about 8 levels below what is required for the Top Four. Coach, MAGS had an awesome game.The score did not reflect how MAGS totally outplayed Westlake Girls.Now for the Top Four.I heard from Master Seifu that Hamilton Boys lost to Rotorua Boys with a last minute drop kick.So HBHS have to beat Wesley and hope that Wesley beat Rotorua. I can now tuck into 'Stranded Whale Soup' with a touch of ginseng of course.

Now, we have tried to beat these MAGS boys on the field.No success. Westlake Boys, this what we recommend -
1. Send your Westlake Girls Bring it On ! crew to Alex's house. Party !
2. Don't wear your green hoops. Use the MAGS's uniform
3. Stop Geoff.
4. Get the Kings supporters to sing 'Jerusalem'.
5. Stop Dillan's dad.
6. Remind the MAGS boys they look pretty in their FLURO outfits.
7. Get the King's College girls to do the pre game 'warm ups'
8. Tell Luke McAlister he's eligible.
9. The game is on Wednesday not Tuesday at MAGS Number 3
10.Tell the MAGS house boys their haka is very European.

Northland Rugby has gone down the toilet. MAGS beat Whangarei Boys High in the rain 75-3.
Now they play the winner of the Westlaker v Rosmini game next Tuesday, over the shore

Just awesome ! Even with my one good eye, MAGS should have put up another three more tries. Any win is a good result. Too bad Kings. At least your girls were hot and in good form.
